Smart Tuition

Below is the 2017-18 payment schedule for invoices from Smart Tuition. Please be sure to meet these deadlines in order to avoid late fees.

• Online payments can be made at parent.smarttuition.com. School ID is:  11833
• Phone payments can be made by calling 888 868-8828.
• Mail-in payments should be mailed to:

With Smart Tuition you are able to:

• Select a payment type that works best for you.
• Access your own Smart Tuition account online.
• Receive payment and follow up reminders.
• Speak to a customer service representative 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at (888)868-8828.

Please be aware of the following criteria for participation in the Smart Tuition system:

• Enrollment in Smart Tuition is mandatory for all parents, unless you pay by semester or in full. Please include all siblings on enrollment form.
• Center Grove Montessori offers several due dates for tuition payments. Please pick whatever is convenient for you.
• When mailing a payment, checks must be made out to Smart Tuition and mailed directly to Smart Tuition at least seven to ten business days prior to the due date.
• There is no grace period for tuition payments. Late fees charged by Smart Tuition will automatically be added to your balance due and will be immediately payable the following month.
• Visa is the only credit card not accepted by Smart Tuition.
• If additional parties need access to make payments on the account, they must be added as an “Additional Authorized Party.”
• Additional student based fees may be added to your account during the year and will be due in full in the month billed or late fees will be incurred.

Special Notes for Mail-in Payments: 

1. Mail-in payments are due the preceding business day when the 5th of the month lands on a weekend or holiday.
2. To avoid late fees, please allow at least seven (7) business days when making a mail-in payment.
